Management Team

Célene Hadeed has over twenty-five years of experience in project management, financial and management accounting, conventional and specialized financing, and information technology.

Within the last fifteen years, she has specialized in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ) and City Revitalization and Improvement Zone (CRIZ), where she builds complex financial models for the developers, and ensures that compliance is met by all the contractors. Célene also works with its clients on obtaining convention financing, and Federal and State Grants.  She manages the entire project from a financial perspective and ensures compliance is met with all financing channels.

Prior to founding Edge Business Solutions, Célene worked for a National Bank in both a Relationship Management and Project Management capacity for its Commercial Banking Division.  Célene holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University. She is also certified in Corporate Entrepreneurship by Lehigh University’s VENTURESeries Program. She is also a Member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and received the designation of CVA.
